Rates outlined in this contract are in AED (UAE Dirhams)
Rates are per room, per night, on Single / Double occupancy, and as per specified meal plan at Street Cafe restaurant.
Rates include 10% Service Charge, 7% Municipality Fee and 5% VAT.
Tourism Dirham: Further to Dubai’s Executive Council Resolution No. (2) of 2014, the Tourism Dirham is a minimal charge of AED 10 to be applied to hotel guests, staying in any type of hotel establishment, including hotels, hotel apartments, guest houses and holiday homes. This fee is levied per occupied bedroom, per night, effective 1st March 2014 onwards. The fee will be collected from the guests at check-out.
Above rates are applicable for the aforementioned company only. Should the guest pay on his own account, regular published rates will apply. The aforesaid contract rates are offered to the company, expressively and solely for tour operator use.
Rates quoted in this document are not applicable for groups of eight (08) rooms or more.
Above rates are B2B rates only. Rates are confidential. Rates shall not be published/distributed to any of the B2C channels and Meta Search Engine.
Any amendment to a booking such as: name change, change of arrival date, change in the departure date, will be considered as a new booking and the rates and offers applicable at the time of receiving the amendment will be applied accordingly.
All government charges, fees, taxes or VAT currently imposed or that maybe imposed in the future by the government authority are subject to change at any time should the government amend regulations and will be intimated accordingly.
The Hotel has the right to withdraw this contract in case of misuse in the distribution of rates.
Child Policy:
0.00 - 05.99 years Free of charge in existing bedding inclusive of breakfast charges for extra rollaway bed inclusive of breakfast.Free of charge as per parents meal plan. Not applicable for Room service and minibar.
06.00 - 11.99 years Free of charge in existing bedding excluding breakfast charge OR AED charge for extra rollaway bed inclusive of breakfast.A discount of 50% of the adult meal rate is applicable on all other meal plan. Not applicable for Room service and minibar.
Check-in / Check-out Time:
Check-in is from 03:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out on day of departure is 12:00 PM. Rooms or suites requiring check-in prior to 03:00 PM will require
a pre-booking to guarantee early check-in. Pre-booking of rooms / suites will be charged at 100% of the daily contracted room / suite rate and should be requested
during the time of reservation.
Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late departures up to 06:00 PM are subject to availability, at 50% of the daily contracted room / suite rate.
For any check-out after 06:00 PM, the regular published rate will be applicable (subject to availability).

Note: Any consumption in any other F&B outlets, In-Room-Dining and the Minibar is not included and will be on chargeable basis.
Remaining beverages such as premium and sparkling water, juice and any other items not mentioned are chargeable.
Allocation: Free Sale on all room/suite categories
The Hotel reserves the right to charge additional bookings at published rates during close out date.
Supplements or close out dates may be applicable during pre-determined periods, which will be advised prior to the dates.
The hotel reserves the right to send out stop sales / black out dates at any given time with a notice period of 24 hours.
After the release period, all unsold space will automatically be released and any reservations received after this date will be subject to availability.
The hotel reserves the right to advise of any closeout dates at Ibis Styles Jumeira whereby the rooms / suites will be on a request basis only.
Close-out dates / stop sales are applicable on allocation.
